  • Gift certificates are available for services and products.

  • All major credit cards accepted, with an additional 3% fee. We also accept Zelle and personal checks without any fees.

  • Gratuities may be added to credit cards for a $1.00 fee.

  • Please be advised Erin Kelley Salon cannot be responsible for damage or loss to clothing, bags or jewelry during services here. We try to be as careful as possible, but accidents do happen, and color makes a permanent stain. Jewelry can be lost down a drain or anywhere else on premises. Please do not wear your best clothes here during a color service, OR, please remove your top and use our color robes instead. We appreciate your understanding.

  • On-site services can be negotiated for weddings or special events. Please call for more information.

About your color service

Thank you for choosing Erin Kelley Salon for your color services.  We strive to educate you about every aspect of your hair care and guide you to the appropriate services and products to successfully achieve your dream hair.  First and foremost, the integrity of your hair is of utmost importance.  All services will be guided around the protection and improvement of hair health.

 Our stylists will have an honest consultation before all color services explaining reasonable expectations for now and to set achievable future hair goals.  When bringing in a photo to be executed, getting desired results may take multiple appointments, depending on the final result and the color and condition of your own hair.  Please make sure you are always 100% honest with your stylist about your hair’s past (box dye, bleach, perms, etc…) so that he/she can successfully avoid challenges and formulate accordingly. 

 Please keep in mind that there is always a risk of difficulties such as breakage, damage, and undesired tones for in between stages; all of our stylists at Erin Kelley Salon are trained to prevent these challenges, however  your cooperation  and patience will ensure the safety and beauty of your hair.

We want you to love your hair!  In the unlikely event that your color services did not turn out as described, we will gladly bring you back in for a follow-up within 10 days of your service free of charge. We do not offer refunds for services. If it is determined that your stylist did achieve the color requested, but for some reason you would like to alter or add to it, there will be a charge for additional services.

 Failure to use suggested shampoos, conditioners, and/or treatments may result in you not being eligible for a fix within our 10-day grace period.
